Controller

Oversee the full cycle of accounting operations and financial reporting for one of Canada's fastest-growing OEM semi-trailer manufacturers. Provide timely financial insights to leadership, lead cost accounting, coordinate budgeting, and manage the accounting department.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA designation preferred
- Proven manufacturing cost accounting and financial reporting experience
- Proficiency in enterprise accounting software (Sage, QuickBooks)
- Strong analytical, communication, and departmental leadership skills
Yard / Forklift Operator
📍 418 South Railway St., Morden, MB | Training & On-Site Licensing Provided
Operate heavy industrial forklifts to transport steel plates, fabricated sub-assemblies, and finished parts between production workstations and outdoor storage yards. Perform pre-shift equipment inspections and maintain yard organization with safety as the #1 priority.
- Valid driver's license with clean record (forklift training provided on-site)
- Experience operating industrial equipment in an outdoor manufacturing environment
- Strong safety consciousness and mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work day or evening shifts with shift premiums
CWB Welder / Fitter (TIG & MIG)
📍 418 South Railway St., Morden, MB | Days or Evenings (Shift Premium)
Fabricate and weld heavy-duty chassis, hoppers, and suspension mounts using Hardox® 450 and Strenx® 100 XF steels. Join a high-precision shop with modern jigs, pulse welders, and robotic sub-assembly cells.
