Cross Country Manufacturing is a privately-owned Canadian company located in Morden, Manitoba, and has been one of Canada's fastest-growing OEM semi-trailer manufacturers over the past two decades.

Established in 2006, Cross Country Manufacturing was founded on a simple premise: build a trailer that works as hard as the people pulling it, using better steel, smarter engineering, and zero compromise on fit and finish. Today, we produce over 130 trailer configurations serving logging, mining, heavy construction, aggregate, and oil & gas operations throughout Canada and the United States.

Start-to-Finish In-House Manufacturing

Unlike assemblers who outsource critical components, Cross Country operates an integrated "start-to-finish" manufacturing plant in Morden. Raw certified steel plates are processed using high-precision CNC plasma and laser equipment, formed on multi-ton press brakes, and welded by certified Canadian Welding Bureau (CWB) professionals.

Every chassis and tub is shot-blasted to white metal, coated with Sherwin-Williams high-solids epoxy primer, and baked with premium automotive topcoats. The result is a finish that resists salt, gravel impact, and sub-zero Arctic freeze-thaw cycles.

These certifications verify that our engineering, weld procedures, and material thicknesses meet the strictest structural standards set by the world's leading high-strength steel manufacturer.

Recognized Compliance & Coast-to-Coast Reach

Approved and recognized by Transport Canada (National Safety Mark) and the United States Department of Transportation (DOT), our trailers account for terrain, extreme temperature cycles, payload optimization, and local axle-weight limits. Our products are sold and serviced throughout North America by leading authorized equipment dealers including RDO Equipment Co. and Camden Welding.
