Cross Country Manufacturing’s Cross Clam Belly Dump’s unique design allows for precise control and efficient unloading, enhancing productivity and reducing time spent at the job site.

This trailer is a hybrid between a crossgate and a clamshell trailer. The cross clam gates open perpendicular to the length of the hopper, width-wise. Both gates open the same amount on each side. Our cross clam gate openings can spread a thin layer of material, in some cases preventing the need for a secondary machine to level the spread. They provide an easy, fast dumping motion with a low tip-over rate, making them the right choice for any job.

Our Cross Clam Belly Dumps are manufactured in Canada using premium steels, thereby reducing tare weight and optimizing payload for the long haul. They are available in 3-axle configurations. Axle guard deflectors are standard on the first axle, and optional on additional axles.
